Your four-minute foot ritual
Step 1: Exfoliate (2 times a week)
Exfoliation helps remove dry, built-up skin so your foot cream can actually do its job. Use a gentle scrub or pumice stone on damp skin, never aggressively, and never every day.
Step 2: Hydrate (daily)
Apply foot cream daily, ideally after showering when skin is warm and receptive. Focus on heels, balls of the feet and anywhere that feels tight or rough.
Step 3: Lock it in
Socks after cream aren't optional - they help seal in moisture and improve results overnight. That's it. Three steps. Just consistent care that adds up over time.
